We are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual who is passionate about cars and/or the engineering sector.

We are looking for the right candidate to support the growth of the business through ensuring the IT systems are running efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a flexible, hard-working person who can adapt to changing demands and responsibilities and fit in well within a wider team.

We will support you to be your best and we are looking for the right candidate to develop beyond this apprenticeship role.

We are looking for the right candidate to take responsibility for:
• Solving IT problems within the business to support crucial business functions.
• Hardware configurations and maintenance.
• Software configuration, installations and updates.
• Networking: helping with maintenance of networks and troubleshooting issues.

£3.90 per hour

Hours per week


Working pattern

8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday. 8:00am-1:30pm Friday


Entry requirements

It is essential that you hold GCSE Grades A*-C/4-9 (or equivalent) in:

  • English Language

Things to consider

The office is located close to the Nissan offices with good transport links (through the number 36 bus) from Sunderland.

There may be opportunities for the right candidate to grow into a Software Developer role in future with further training options.
